Unfriendly staff!. We were ready to spend $7500 and they acted like we were bothering them. Seemed more interested in getting us out The door than working with us. Wouldn't budge on price and told us to shop around. So we did and found much better service with as good of selection and price. Everyone in the area I talked to had similar stories. If you are looking to be snubbed they are the place! Sad because we tried to shop local and were very turned off.
Quality, Selection and Customer Service....this place has it all. From the moment I walked in, I knew I was in the right place. I was immediately greeted by their very pleasant sales staff, given a quick overview of the store and then invited to look around without being hounded like other furniture stores. How nice! Their showroom was filled with beautiful and unique items making the furniture shopping experience enjoyable. And their prices were, in my opinion, very reasonable for the quality. I am thrilled with the patio items I purchased that day and will be back for new living room furniture soon.

I love Sanborns! We purchased our downstairs carpet from them a couple of years ago, and it still looks and feels new. The installers were extremely careful and fun to work with. Since we had such a positive experience, we decided to go back to Sanborns for replacement flooring for our upstairs this year. We had no idea what type of flooring to get, we just knew we wanted something other than carpet for the kitchen and great room. The staff was so helpful in educating us and even gave us suggestions on what colors and textures worked best together. We've received so many compliments on the combination we selected, but I have to give the staff the credit. The showroom in itself is a great reason to go there, but their products and services are why you go back again and again.
