Do not trust this business with your pets! Our 12 year old dog was attacked by another dog during her stay yesterday. The attack happened during a designated play time in which the dogs were supposed to be under supervision. We asked why the dogs weren't be being supervised and the owner did not have an explanation. They seemed to downplay the incident, saying over the phone that our dog was in a "tussle". Upon arrival, our dog had four separate areas of injury that required veterinary attention including 10 staples, as well as three deep puncture wounds. The owners have yet to ask how our dog is doing and were extremely unhelpful in every way possible. This is the complete fault of the business and not to mention they had our 12 year old 45lb. female dog in a play group with a 4 year old 85lb. male dog. I am by no means blaming the dog, this would NEVER have happened if the employees would have just been doing their job. Avoid this business at ALL costs. They clearly do not care about the safety of the animals.

We use this facility for grooming, boarding, and training. We love the staff and the services. Danica has been Otis's groomer since day one, he loves her and keeps their photo near his feeding dishes. The owners here are friendly and very available; they are animal lovers too. Kristen, a much needed new addition, has totally helped us adjust Otis's fear/aggression issues. We have learned how to help him "leave it" when his fight/flight response is in overdrive. Kristen has started Otis learning to lead along side our bicycles, today. Can't wait to hear how that went. Their prices and hours are very reasonable and accommodating.
Very attentive staff. I was impressed with the facilities. My dog Boink seemed to enjoy his visit. I'm pleased with every aspect relating to Boink's visit. However, I find their hours for the lobby restrictive. 3.5 hours on Saturday and 1 hour on Sunday doesn't make for customer convenience. Also an 8:30 am start is difficult for working families. My opinion, open earlier and increase your customer base.
