Served me shoe leather fish sandwich. Cashier had no personality what so ever. It was a Love's Truck stop so what do you expect. Redid my fish. It was warm but NOT piping hot like I was hoping for.
I was very pleased to see a young man like him taking pride in his work. Proud of you Colten, keep up the fantastic work!!!
He placed my order...then he was out on the floor cleaning tables and picking up trays. Called my number and the box was hot and fresh.
Very bad service, takes at least 30 mins to just get to you counter to order. And another 20 mins for your food. Not helpful. And they all work in slow mode. Hardee' s normally as chain great service and food. But the Angola Indiana location is the worst one yet. I'm a truck driver and we need to be quick in and out.
Horrible.. They always screw up my order.. And when my food is up it sits under the lamp forever until they quit drooling over it and bag it up. Horrible service. Front line has no clue what they're doing
Stopped at Hardee's this evening (11-12-17) and a young man name Colten (hope I spelled it right) took my order. Got one of the 5 dollar meals, and for the heck of it I asked if they had any fresh fries coming up, he said no but asked if there was something besides fries that I wanted. Told him I generally don't like their fries because there undercooked and way to salty...asked if he would make some fresh ones and lightly salt them, told me no problem.
Everything is usually okay if you go inside. But if you use the drive thru, prepare for your order to be messed up. It's happened 9/10 times for me. Food is okay, if they serve you what you asked for.
